The Levenhuk New Sherman BASE 7x50 binoculars are an excellent choice for those passionate about hunting, hiking, and wildlife observation. Their high light-gathering power and fully multi-coated lenses provide clear and contrast-rich images even in low-light conditions: on cloudy days, in the early hours before dawn as well as at dusk. The waterproof housing with an IP67 protection rating allows you to confidently use the binoculars on board a vessel without fear of accidental damage from splashes.
The optical system of the device is based on Porro prisms. The optical elements provide 7x magnification. The optics are made of high-quality BaK-4 glass. To adjust focus, a centrally located focusing wheel is used, which is easy to turn due to its large size and textured surface. Diopter adjustment (within ±4D) and interpupillary distance adjustment in the range of 56–73mm are also available.
The binoculars’ housing is made of an aluminum-silicon alloy and it is covered with a rubber layer for added protection. Nitrogen filling prevents the lenses from fogging up. The device is equipped with a standard tripod adapter thread (1/4") for secure mounting during prolonged observations.
