Ermenrich NetGeeks NU40 Optical Multimeter

Optical multimeter, or optical power meter, Ermenrich NetGeeks NU40 – an essential tool for professionals who install and maintain fiber-optic communication lines (FOCL). The device allows you to measure the absolute power and find losses between two points in the line. It has a light source function for checking fiber optic cables. The multimeter is equipped with two connectors and it supports a hybrid operating mode: When testing a cable, it can simultaneously act as an optical power meter and a light source for assessing signal loss.

The device is equipped with FC, SC, ST connectors and can work with single-mode and multi-mode cables. You can adjust and select the operating mode with the buttons. The measurements are displayed on the built-in screen, which has a backlight for low-light conditions. The multimeter is powered by standard batteries (not included).
