Levenhuk Kelvin Bright smart telescopes are here

Levenhuk Kelvin Bright smart telescopes are here

The Levenhuk Kelvin Bright smart telescope is a fully self-contained intelligent system. Unlike GoTo systems, the smart telescope doesn't just point at the target – it continuously photographs it with the astronomy camera and stacks dozens of frames into one. As a result, a bright, colorful, and detailed nebula will emerge on your smartphone screen.

Best of all, you don't have to give up visual observation: Unlike many other smart telescopes, the Levenhuk Kelvin Bright not only has an astronomy camera but also a classic eyepiece.

Expanding the Levenhuk New Blaze PRO and ED Lineups

Introducing our latest additions: powerful 100mm aperture spotting scopes. The Levenhuk New Blaze scopes offer exceptional light-gathering power, making them ideal for long-distance observation or low-light conditions such as early morning, dusk, or overcast weather.

Both models feature a versatile 25–75x magnification range. Multi-coated optics deliver a bright, lifelike image. A dual-focus system lets you quickly lock onto your target and dial in perfect sharpness. Observe in any weather: These spotting scopes are fully waterproof and nitrogen filled.

MAGUS in Insect Research in French Guiana

Bulgarian entomologist Todor Mishev, a researcher at the Department of Ecology and Environmental Conservation at the University of Plovdiv, conducted a study of Psocodea in French Guiana.

As part of the research dedicated to studying the biodiversity of these insects, the scientist used the MAGUS Bio D250TL biological microscope and the MAGUS CDF50 digital camera for detailed examination and documentation of the collected specimens.

As a result, 15 species were recorded in French Guiana for the first time, including some previously unknown in the New World or mainland South America.

MAGUS in an International Art Research Project

MAGUS biological microscopes and stereomicroscopes have become part of the research project "Transmutation of Matter", which is being carried out by a doctoral student at Complutense University in Spain.

Within the project, the MAGUS Bio 230TL biological microscope and the MAGUS Stereo 8T stereomicroscope are used to study the microstructures of natural materials and create artworks that combine scientific methods and contemporary art.

This project demonstrates the wide range of applications for MAGUS equipment and its relevance in the most diverse fields.

MAGUS Explores Ancient Minerals

As part of a MAGUS equipment demonstration, minerals with carbon inclusions approximately 2.5 billion years old were examined.

The MAGUS Lum 400 fluorescence microscope with the MAGUS CLM50 digital camera and the MAGUS Metal 630 metallurgical microscope with the MAGUS CBF70 digital camera were used to analyze the samples.

The combination of the two microscopy methods provided detailed data on the structure of the minerals and the characteristics of the carbon inclusions.

MAGUS Stereo D9T LCD in Teaching at Masaryk University

The Institute of Experimental Biology at the Faculty of Science of Masaryk University in the Czech Republic uses the MAGUS Stereo D9T LCD digital stereomicroscope for teaching and educational outreach.

The microscope is used in classes and at public events where several people need to view a specimen on the screen at the same time. The built-in upper and lower illumination allows working with different types of specimens. The photo and video recording capability helps students prepare lab reports and enables the university to create content for its website and social media.
