Description

Digital camera with a 2MP sensor for studying micro-objects using the darkfield or brightfield microscopy technique. The camera is equipped with a SONY Exmor backlit color CMOS sensor. This increases light sensitivity (2350mV at 1/30s) and improves image quality in low light. Optimal performance is achieved when working with objectives with magnifications of 40x, 60x, and 100x.

The MAGUS CDF10 camera allows you to display an image of an object on a computer monitor in Full HD 1920x1080px resolution, take photos, and record videos in different formats. Data transfer between the camera and computer is carried out via a USB3.0 interface with a data transfer speed of 5Gbps. At maximum resolution, video is displayed at 125fps with smooth transitions between frames. The camera is perfect for studying moving objects and can be used for lectures or presentations.

The camera can be installed in the trinocular tube or in the eyepiece tube of a microscope. A C-mount adapter is used for mounting a digital camera in the trinocular tube. The recommended adapter magnification is from 0.4x to 0.6x, which guarantees a wide field of vision without optical distortion. To mount the camera in the eyepiece tube, in addition to the adapter, you will also need an adapter ring matching the diameter of the tube.

Proprietary MAGUS View software is required to use the camera. An installation disk with drivers and software is included. Please note: before starting, the software must be calibrated for each objective you use. The calibration slide must be purchased separately.
