Description

The polarizing objective is equipped with special strain-free lenses. They do not interfere with the passage of light and do not affect the results of the study. The objective is suitable for working in reflected and transmitted polarized light.

A 100x objective coupled with a 5x to 10x eyepiece creates a useful microscope magnification of 425x to 850x. Eyepieces of lower magnification will not allow you to examine the sample in detail; eyepiece magnification of more than 10x will not provide new information about the sample.

The plan achromatic objective corrects geometric aberration on 90% of the field of view diameter. The image is equally clear and focused both in the middle and at the edges. These conditions are well suited for connecting a digital camera or creating an optical system with a wide-field eyepiece. A 10x/22mm eyepiece will provide a field of view of 0.22mm. Chromatic distortion is corrected for red and blue colors; spherical distortion is corrected for green.

The objective is designed to be mounted on microscopes with an infinity-corrected optical system. The parfocal distance is 45mm. The resolution limit is 0.33µm.
