We are happy to inform you about a huge upcoming event for all astronomy enthusiasts! Levenhuk Inc., as one of Meade’s trusted partners, will display recently released Meade telescopes to a wide audience for the very first time. Visit the Photokina 2018 exhibition and you will see new items in a different series: Meade LX65, LX85, LightBridge Plus, StarPro, and Coronado SolarMax III 70 mm Double Stack Solar Telescope. Let’s take a closer look at these amazing breakthrough telescopes.

Meade LX65 5" MAK and 8" ACF computerized telescopes feature premium optics, large apertures, and Meade’s Ultra-High Transmission Coatings (UTHC™). These smart scopes are perfect for astrophotography. Observe Saturn’s rings, the Moon surface, even Jupiter’s cloud bands. Easy Align feature finds two alignment stars and places them right into the viewfinder. These high-resolution telescopes feature a newly designed single arm mount with Meade’s AudioStar® Hand controller. You can also mount two optical tubes for breathtaking observations.

Meade LX85 8" ACF, 6" Reflector, and 70 mm Astrograph Refractor Telescopes feature a high-quality portable, GoTo German equatorial mount. They come with an included AudioStar hand controller with an access to 30,000 objects. The LX85 mount features a vixen-style dovetail and allows for mounting optical tubes weighing up to 33 lbs (14.96 kg). This mount provides smooth guiding performance. An integrated autoguider port is included in the kit. Use it for connecting to your autoguider camera. Experience easy and useful astro-imaging. You will also find an included built-in speaker that plays educational content about the celestial objects you view!

Meade 12" LightBridge Plus Ultra Portable Telescope features a large aperture and provides extremely bright, clear images when you are observing deep sky objects. Moreover, the telescope has a lot of useful features: a no-tool assembly and roller bearings, a hand-adjustable variable tension brake for smooth tracking, and a mounted eyepiece holder that can carry 2" and 1.25" eyepieces. You will also find an upgraded 2", 2-speed rack and pinion focuser. Meade’s AutoStar Suite Astronomer Edition displays more than 15,000 celestial wonders and allows observing the night sky, constellations, and more from any location.

Meade StarPro AZ 90 mm Telescope features a newly designed single arm alt-azimuth mount with slow motion control cables on both axes, providing easy and comfortable observations. The new mount features a vixen-style dovetail receiver so that you can use different optical tubes. Take pictures through the eyepiece with an included Bonus Smartphone adapter. The telescope comes with AutoStar Suite software that helps you learn more about the celestial objects. This wonderful portable telescope with fully coated optics allows observing the Moon, planets, and nebulae in great quality.

Coronado SolarMax III 70 mm Double Stack Solar Telescope is a 70 mm f/5.7 refractor equipped with 60 mm external hydrogen – alpha (H-α) filters. This telescope has a new two-speed rack & pinion focuser for precise focusing. In addition, the telescope includes only external “True” H-α etalon filters providing higher contrast views and sharper details. They are useful for focusing on the solar edge or surface features in the chromosphere. The patented RichView™ tuning technology provides additional tuning range.
